Kv99's Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Kv99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "kv99") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between kv99 and its users.

• Bets placed before receiving notice of an odds change will be settled at the original odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv99 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another user's account.
• Using kv99 for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or coordination.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or using abusive language.

• You can set a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• You can use the self-exclusion option to suspend your account for a specified period.
• Cooling-off period — you can take a betting break of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months.

• Bonus balances will not be refunded upon account closure.
• Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
